We started making Mealpods to lose weight, save money and to cook less. The concept combines the ideas of monthly/weekly cooking with portion control. The key is making complete meals with a starch, vegetables, and a protein, and packaging them individually for a week's or month's worth of eating. You can cook once a week instead of every day and know that you are eating nutritiously, and because they are individual portions it is easy to not overeat. You cook the meals, you control what goes in them: well balanced, no preservatives, low sodium, gluten-free... you decide. | how it works:
